We have been established in the Driver Training industry now 10 years operating in Mid-Lincolnshire. Having built up our reputation during that time we have become extremely successful. We formed a limited company in 2005 and are Driving Standards Agency approved offering professional training. Our Managing Director is Kevin Gowen.

Our passion for training people to improve their standards is very  important to us. Kevin spent 18 years as a retained Fire Fighter with Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue,and witnessed many horific road traffic crashes which prompted him to be involved with road safety.

One of the ways of doing that was to become an ADI, and he qualified in 2000. It was always his intention to keep on improving and qualify further and spent the first four years as an instructor learning the trade and developing his skills and then went on to pass the IAM test in 2004.

Building the successful business was difficult to start with. It required a great deal of hard work, commitment and investment of many long hours.

In 2007 Kevin qualified as a DSA Registered Fleet Driver Trainer. This was one of the best decisions he made. The Fleet course gave a whole different meaning to driver training and provided him with a springboard to many things.

Of course, building a portfolio and developing your own skill base is a long and difficult task, but Kevin firmly believes in setting aims and objectives and attempting to achieve them the best way you can.

Following the Fleet course he approached the DfT about the SAFED for Vans course and in 2008 qualified as a SAFED for Vans trainer.

In November 2008, Kevin took the DSA Check test and achieved a Fleet Grade 6.

He was then asked to train for the MIDAS (Minibuses and Accessibility) course to be a DAT (Driver Assessor Trainer) and qualified in January 2009.

During March Kevin became a Tutor presenting Fleet and CPD courses, and also DIP and DIS courses too.

During May 2009 he was promoted to a Senior Trainer for SAFED and can now train Fleet Trainers to become SAFED for Vans Trainers.

During September 2009 Kevin qualified as a Taxi trainer (DATT) with the DIA.
